Industrial Pre-treatment Plan is discussed among the key stakeholders

Ulaanbaatar city, October 03, 2020 – Millennium Challenge Account Mongolia organized a stakeholder engagement meeting, the first of a series of meetings planned to discuss a draft Industrial Pre-Treatment Plan (IPP), to incorporate recommendations and proposals of key stakeholders into the plan, at the “Consent Hall” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mongolia.

Request for quotations: Supply of Mobile Devices (Phones)

The MCA-Mongolia now invites quotations from legally constituted suppliers for the Supply of Mobile Devices for the official use during the program implementation. Technical descriptions for these Goods are provided in the RFQ document. The selection will be conducted through shopping procedures specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG), and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the RFQ. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Supply of Mobile Devices (Phones) Contract Number: MCA-M/PROC/029 Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia October 23, 2020 The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of Mongolia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Mongolia (the “Compact”) in the amount of 350 million USD (“MCC Funding”). The Compact will assist the Government in meeting the projected demand for water in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar for residential consumers and commercial and industrial users through a Water Supply Project. The Government, acting through Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia (the “MCA-Mongolia”), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. No party other than the Government and the MCA Entity shall derive any rights from the Compact or have any claim to the proceeds of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC (www.mcc.gov) and MCA-Mongolia website (https://mca-mongolia.gov.mn/). Quotations must be uploaded to the submission link specified in the RFQ Document not later than November 6, 2020, at 15:00 local time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
