In accordance with Sub-Section 28 (Employer’s Right to Accept or Reject Applications) of the Pre-Qualification Document and following the aforementioned evaluation, MCA-Mongolia formally annuls the Pre-Qualification process and is expecting to launch a new procurement without pre-qualification for these works in the future.
