MCA-Mongolia now invites applications from eligible Individual Consultants to provide individual consultant services to review/evaluate the Proposals for the Consultant Services for Developing Detailed Design for Conveyance System (water transmission pipeline and related infrastructure) and Modification Works at CHPP #3 & #4 (components of SCADA system), Development of RAP for the route of the Conveyance system, and Conducting DEIA and ESIA for the entire Wastewater Recycling Activity. MCA-Mongolia will not consider interests and qualifications from companies or organizations for this selection of individual consultants.

The Working Groups established by the orders of the Minister of Construction and Development and the Governor of the Capital City respectively to ensure the fulfillment of the Government obligations under the Compact held a joint meeting to discuss the draft “Industrial Pre-Treatment Plan”.

MCA-Mongolia now invites qualified and experienced individual consultants to i) provide oversight of RAP implementation by the respective districts and City Land Management Departments (Implementing Entity); ii) render required technical assistance for actual RAP implementation, including stakeholder engagement; and iii) assist in developing/drafting inception, progress and closeout reports by the Implementing Entity.

MCA-Mongolia successfully organized an online Pre-Bid Conference for the Procurement for Construction Works of an Advanced Water Purification Plant and SCADA Controls under the Downstream Wells Activity, one of the key components of the Mongolia Water Compact on January 27, 2021.

As part of the Utility Operations Sub-activity of the Bulk Water Supply Project under the Mongolian Water Compact, operations of Ulaanbaatar Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (USUG) and Ulaanbaatar Housing and Public Utilities Authority (OSNAAUG) was evaluated by the AquaRating. It is an international assessment and benchmarking tool for utility operations developed by the International Water Association (IWA).

Монголын Мянганы сорилтын сан (Монголын МСС) Компакт гэрээний хүрээнд хэрэгжүүлэх Улаанбаатар хотын ус хангамжийг нэмэгдүүлэх хөтөлбөрийг танилцуулах цахим уулзалтыг 2021 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 22-ны өдөр Монголын барилгын үндэсний ассоциац (МБҮА)-тай хамтран амжилттай зохион байгууллаа. Танилцуулах уулзалтад МБҮА-ын удирдлагууд болон 40 гаруй гишүүн байгууллагын төлөөлөл оролцов.
