For this purpose, MCA-Mongolia requests your feedback on the questions listed in part 5 of the RFI document. Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, July 25, 2022 – Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia announced that Mrs. Enkhjargal Danzalbaljir has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the MCA-Mongolia, with the strict responsibility for leading MCA-Mongolia in external facing engagement, particularly engaging with the Government of Mongolia to achieve objectives of the Compact Agreement, which was ratified by the Parliament of Mongolia on January 31, 2019, building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, implementing entities, the MCA-Mongolia Board, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Mrs. D. Enkhjargal succeeds and assume the responsibilities on July 25, 2022, until the permanent CEO of the MCA-Mongolia is hired.

The MCA-Mongolia now invites quotations from eligible service providers for the Non-Consulting Service to Support for Organizing a Ground-breaking Ceremony of Wastewater Recycling Plant. Details of the services are provided in the Scope of Services in the RFQ document.

MCA-Mongolia is looking to hire a Director of Administration. The Director, Administration, is responsible for developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures and managing the daily operations of MCA-Mongolia, including office services, facilities management, transportation and logistics, information technology, and staffing and human resources.

MCA-Mongolia is searching to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to organize, staff, manage, and lead MCA-Mongolia under the supervision of a Board of Directors chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and includes representatives from the public and private sectors.
