Ulaanbaatar City, September 19, 2023 – MCA-Mongolia conducted a regular training session in cooperation with the Amnesty International Mongolia, which is a part of the organization's learning and development plan on September 4 and 5, 2023.

Through the session, Mr. P. Ochirbal, the Board Director of Amnesty International Mongolia, Lawyer, and Researcher gave a lecture on “Basic understandings of human rights and accepting and respecting diversity”. Mr. B. Badral, a trainer teacher, presented on “Preventing workplace harassment and mitigating its risk” and Ms. D.Oyunnomin, a Board member of the Amnesty International Mongolia and Psychologist, exchanged views on “Respecting each other and making inclusive culture at the workplace” with the MCA-Mongolia staff. 
The training session is one of the mandatory annual trainings of the MCA-Mongolia under the Learning and Development Plan of the MCA-Mongolia. The session’s main goal is to prevent any type of workplace harassment, enabling a safe, respectful, discrimination and harassment-free working environment through improving understanding of human rights and workplace harassment.

The MCA-Mongolia has organized training sessions on the following topics as of “Emergency and first aid”, “Organizational Culture and Teamwork”, and “Change Management” under its Learning and Development Plan. Moreover, international training on the Management of Claims and the Resolution of Disputes under the 1999 FIDIC conditions of Contracts was organized among programme staff.
