The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of Mongolia (the “Government”) has entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Mongolia (the “Compact”) in the amount of approximately 350 million USD (“MCC Funding”). The Government, acting through Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia (“MCA-Mongolia”) intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to payments for contracts for goods, works, and services.

Today, Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Urban Development, Construction and Housing S.Tumurkhuu with other officials visited MCA-Mongolia office, got updated and exchanged views on the implementation of Ulaanbaatar Water Supply Project under the MCC-Mongolia Water Compact, funded jointly by the governments of Mongolia and the United States.

Within the MCC - Mongolia Water Compact implementation framework, the MCA-Mongolia and the National Statistics Office of Mongolia (NSO) held a meeting on the 31st of July to evaluate and mark the 4th anniversary of cooperation.

This Procurement consists of the following two (2) Lots: Lot 1: Primary Analytical, Appliance Equipment and Glassware and Laboratory Aids; and  Lot 2: Reagents for Analyses, Test Kit, Standard Solution, and Certified Reference Materials.
